The War Room turns your portfolio and ticker-level defense orders into hard rules of engagement: reserve the personal equity needed to defend Your Base, identify the Tactical Strike Capital cleared to hold, withdraw, or support new purchases, and calculate Maximum TBP Available for every ticker. Portfolio Reinforcement can temporarily raise lower defense orders without overwriting them. During TBP deployment planning, enter the dollar amount you want to purchase in each ticker, review Ending TSC and the recalculated ticker maximums, and remain inside your active guardrails before execution.
